Production time for most orders is 3 weeks (this does not include shipping time). Each piece is handcrafted per order. If you have any questions about shipping times or if you need a special piece by a certain date, please contact us by phone or email so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Silver Anchor Designs is not responsible for merchandise once it has been shipped. If you choose First Class shipping, your package will not be insured. USPS priority shipping with insurance is offered. If you have any questions about shipping, please email BEFORE placing your order. If you have problems with delivery or damage to your order, please contact the USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
